I am excited to be starting this weight loss journey with all of you through Snapshot Fitness. We will begin tomorrow, Monday, January 23rd, 2017! I know as a single mom, it is hard to find the time to get in the workouts to help me lose my baby weight and get back into shape. That is exactly why I have decided to start this 90 day program!
My goal with Snapshot Fitness is to help all the busy parents get in a workout that helps you break a sweat without taking time away from your kids. As you will see, Bella joins me in my workouts and I incorporate Adalee as much as possible. I know it is important to me to spend as much time with my kids as possible and I want to accommodate that for everyone.
I also know the importance of breastfeeding for me and I want to make sure that I can help you continue breastfeeding (if you are) while also losing the weight you want to lose. I will be posting about how you can achieve this later today. I will not have a specific diet plan for this program simply because I believe everyone is different and the same thing will not work for everyone.
Please be sure to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Every week will have three main workouts. Monday and Friday will be cardio, Tuesday and Thursday will be strength, and Wednesday will be our ab workout. Saturday and Sunday are your free days, but I recommend doing something active like going for a walk or bike ride. Each workout will include music from one artist. This is a way for me to show you the music I enjoy while also making the workouts a more fun experience.

I have quite a bit of work to do. Having two babies without completely losing the baby weight from the first before I got pregnant again caused a bit of a build up, but I am excited to lose the weight!
The measurements I would like you to take before you get started are weight, bust, waist, tummy, hips, thigh, calf and bicep. Here are my measurements and how you can take yours.
Weight: 180 lbs
Bust (widest part of your chest): 44 1/4 in.
Waist (narrowest part of your waist): 34 1/2 in.
Tummy (widest part of your belly): 39 1/4 in.
Hips (around the widest part of your butt): 41 1/2 in.
Thigh (measure at the point your fingertips hit your thigh): 20 1/2 in.
Calf (widest part of your calf): 16 in.
Bicep (at the level of your nipple when arm is against your side): 12 1/2 in.
